I’m too young, I have very few risk factors, I lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly. I’m alright, not my problem, always happens to other people, nothing to worry about because it won’t happen to me.
Probably similar thoughts as most of you have while reading this.

I have never been the most thorough or dedicated breast checker to be honest - that’s my husbands job! A quick check normally in the shower every so often would suffice.
Over the past 6 months a couple of people I know have found lumps in their breasts, they are also on the journey I’m about to embark on.
Looking back, this is the Kick In The Ass I needed to make me check my breasts more regularly.
